Saturday morning: "Motion is the Lotion" - A dynamic practice exploring active movements and variations of Surya Namaskars, standing asanas, jumps, vinyasas are much more! (3 hours. 9am-12pm) Saturday afternoon: "Grounded in Joy" A mostly floor lying practice. Feel a connection to earth. Explore hip openers and variations of padmasana. (2.5 hours. 2pm-4:30pm)
Sunday morning: "Open your Heart. Expand Your Mind." - An active practice exploring the art of backbending. Invite curiosity into variations of familiar backbend asanas. Experiment, explore and evolve from the known to the unknown. (3 hours. 9am-12pm).
