Handstand Foundation - Exploring Equilibrium with Nathalie Wahlberg Together with an experienced teacher you will be guided through a workshop that aims to build up knowledge, technique and confidence in exploring the foundational practice of Handstand.
Together we will work with mobility and preparatory exercises to successively shift weight onto the hands evolving the ability being upside-down.
By blending techniques of yoga, circus and contemporary dance Nathalie will guide you through skills and drills as well as practices of entering and exiting handstand with the wall - having the aim to be able to safely take the practice off the wall. The workshop is suitable for anyone who likes to learn the basics of handstands and is curious to elevate their practice.
